We have been very pro-active over the past two years or so to keep our guests as safe as possible during the Covid-19 pandemic. We have followed as many of the rules and regulations as we could practically do whilst still allowing our guests to experience all that a spa break should offer.

As we all slowly get back to a more normal way of life, we have relaxed many of the protocols that we originally put in place and we hope that you will support us in this.

Pre-Arrival
We do have a Pre-Arrival Consultation Form which we would ask you to complete and return to us prior to your visit – this will have come as a web-link on your confirmation. It’s a simple form which you can fill out online or on your phone; you then simply click or tap SUBMIT to send it back to us.

The form just asks basic health questions and a few simple details. If you have any special dietary requirements please let us know here as well.

We would also kindly ask you to advise us of your arrival time in advance please.

Face-Coverings, The Team & You
We are no longer asking guests to wear a face-covering but should you be more comfortable doing so then you are, of course, very welcome.

Our team will no longer be required to wear face-coverings as a general rule. However, we will face-coverings for certain close-contact treatments.

Staff temperatures are still being checked before their shift and all the team are aware of what they should do should they experience any illness.

Bedrooms
On top of our usual high levels of hygiene, extra time is still given to allow for the enhanced cleaning measures that have been kept in place.

You will now find room information on a laminated sheet along with other details regarding treatments etc… These do not look as nice but they are easier to clean. You will also find a Welcome letter which is personalised for each guest.

Unlike many places, we have resumed servicing of rooms for longer stays; this will not be daily and will not take place should you not require it.

Treatments
All treatments are now available again– including those lovely facials! – but we have had to make small adaptations to a couple of treatments. Details of these are on our website.
All of our therapists have carried out COVID-19 Professional Beauty Industry training and will be wearing appropriate face-coverings as required for certain close contact treatments.
Additional time will still be given between clients to allow for treatment areas to be cleaned extra properly. This may lead to treatments being booked through slightly differently during the day but we will keep changes to a minimum.

Waiting for treatments
We will continue to ask all Guests to wait in the Guest Lounge prior to treatments from where you will be collected by your therapist. Please do not go directly to the salon until invited.

Laundry
All linen is sent out for commercial, professional cleaning at high temperatures and with sanitising products. Towels and robes are laundered in-house at correct temperatures using Halo Commercial non-bio products proven scientifically to kill viruses.
Although we will continue to provide robes you are very welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Sanitisation Stations
Throughout the Spa you will find sanitising stations and hand-washing facilities. Please remember to wash your hands regularly; before and after treatments, dining and when re-entering or leaving the building.

Departure/Final Bill etc…
You can settle your bill, as always, by credit or debit card (our card machine will be sanitised before and after each use) or by bank transfer if you prefer.
