Reservations

Please call on 01803 329994 or contact us via e-mail to check availability of the package and dates you are looking at. Once your Booking is made and your deposit is paid, confirmation of your booking will be forwarded to you together with pre-arrival information. Please then feel free to contact us at any time if you have any queries.

All package and treatment prices are subject to revision without prior notice.

Deposits

For Spa Breaks, a deposit of £100.00 per person must be made within 7 days of the booking date. Stays of 10 days or more and all overseas reservations require a deposit of 50% of the total inclusive cost of the stay. Spa Day bookings require full pre-payment as deposit. Deposits can be made by credit or debit card over the phone or by bank transfer if you prefer. We make no charge for either method but we no longer accept cheques.

Deposits are non-refundable.

 

Residential Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable. We strongly recommend you  consider purchasing Holiday Insurance to safeguard yourself against cancellation charges in case of illness or other unforeseen eventualities. We reserve the right to make the following charges in the case of cancellation by Residential Guests:

  • Non Arrival without notice/Cancellation within 7 days: Full Payment for first day +50% of total due
  • Cancellation 8 to 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of total due account
  • Cancellation 15 or more days prior to arrival: loss of deposit (£100)
  • Significant alterations to bookings: £10.00

Early Bird Booking T&Cs

Early Bird Booking discounts are exclusively available to previous residential guests.

Early Bird deposits paid in 2023 are for stays to be taken in 2024 only and cannot be carried over to the following year as they constitute a special offer. Early Bird deposits will be treated as any other deposit so, in the event of cancellation of a confirmed date, full Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Charges will apply. As with all deposits, “Early Bird” deposits are non-refundable.

Spa Day Payment/Cancellations

Full pre-payment is required at time of booking. We reserve the right to make the following charges in the case of cancellation by Spa Day Guests:

  • Non Arrival without notice/Cancellation with 7 days: Full Payment
  • Cancellation 8 to 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of due account
  • Cancellation 15 or more days prior to arrival: 25% of due account
  • Significant alterations to bookings: £10.00

Gift Vouchers

If full or part-payment of your visit is by Gift Voucher, this will become void if you fail to arrive. Should there be any balance on the value of the Voucher we will be pleased to hold this for future use.

Individual Treatments

For Spa Break guests, additional treatments can be booked before your arrival by contacting us by phone or e-mail or alternatively discussed at your personal consultation on your first morning.

Treatment prices are subject to revision without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, treatments are fully chargeable unless 12 hours notice is given.

Individual treatments for non Spa Break guests must be pre-booked and fully pre-paid. In the event of cancellation, individual treatments are fully chargeable unless 24 hours notice is given.

Reward Scheme Terms & Conditions

Reward Scheme active from 1st July 2023.

Your Reward Card will be stamped on each visit.

Only one Reward Stamp issued per visit ie not per individual treatment.

Reward Stamps can only be collected on bookings made directly with us.

Each Reward Stamp reflects the reward for your next visit, with a 10% discount applied to each visit after the first; a 15% discount following your 5th Reward Stamp and a 25% discount following your 10th Reward stamp.

£5.00 discount off total Retail purchases over £20.00 on your 3rd & 7th Reward Stamp.

Cash discounts for Retail products can only be used for purchase of Retail products and cannot be used toward Treatment payments. Retail products subject to availability.

Only one £5 cash discount can be used per Retail product.

Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

All normal treatment Terms and Conditions regarding cancellations and “no shows” will apply.

Discounts do not apply to Spa Days.

Reward Cards and Stamps are non-transferable.

Reward Cards have no cash value.

Group Bookings

For all group bookings, we require a deposit equal to 50% of the total booking. This should be paid on booking or within a maximum of 7 days. The remaining 50% should normally be paid a minimum of 14 days before arrival. Failure to do so may result in loss of booking and deposit. It may be possible to add numbers or swap places in some cases however a full charge will be made for non-arrivals or cancellations.  In all cases full payment of the agreed total amount will be required.
